We couldn’t get a room we really wanted because the rooms were all booked. Got a room with huge Ada bathroom which we didn’t need and made the actual room really small - and it was expensive too - but it was comfortable and nice bed

"Come see cookie and stay at one of the best hotels in Gastonia"

Great location! Nice clean facility room is nice. Plenty of things to eat in walking distance, including honeybaked ham and Texas roadhouse Cookie took great care of me! I definitely recommend this hotel . Very convenient and local to Charlotte as well

"Worst experience and management"

Worst Hampton Inn experience I’ve ever encountered!!! I normally stay at Hampton’s and always have. I love the Hamptonality but this property did not have it!! Room was horrible. I emailed the manager, Kristen Billerman, and did not get a final resolution. She promised me points back but never sent them! Horrible representation of a fine brand!!! I have met with our executive team and we will no longer be booking our group here again!! Horrible!!!
