Apartment in Zadar

Bardzo polecam ten apartament, warto zaznaczyć że Goran i jego syn byli bardzo pomocni, mieszkanie duże i przytulne, wszystkie urządzenia były sprawne, a okolica naprawdę przyjazna. Z mieszkania jest bardzo blisko na stare miasto Zadar

Apartman ima apsolutno sve sto vam treba, perilicu, susilicu, kuhinja je super opremljena i bilo je besprijekorno cisto. Toliko je udoban i prostran da nam je zaista bilo lijepo provoditi vrijeme u njemu. Goran je vrlo ljubazan i spreman pomoći. Zgrada se trenutno renovira pa izvana izgleda drukcije, ali apartman je toliko dobar da je to zanemarivo :)

Nemam nikakvih primjedbi.

This is a lovely apartment in a Central location. Communal from the owner were good except we were not informed of the major building works on the apartment block.

The entire apartment block is undergoing external renovation at present. Insulation panels are being applied to all walls and floors in communal corridors are being tiled. The central well of the apartment block was a dumping ground for the builders to throw empty adhesive buckets and off cuts of tiles and wall insulation. The building is covered in scaffolding and car parking was impossible due to builders vans and pallets of materials and extra scaffolding. We had to keep the shutters closed as you never knew if there would be builders outside the window on the scaffolding. This was not declared by the owner but it explains why there are no external photos of the apartments. We were wakened at 7 each morning by tiles being cut by diamond wheel blades and builders shouting to each other and throwing materials into the central well. I think this would be a great location maybe next year when work is finished but it was a very long way from complete. Also on street parking is extremely tight. I chose to park my car at the waterfront where I was able to pay for 3 days parking using my credit card for just 6 Euro per day. Avoid the multi storey car park which charges 24 Euro per day.

Tolles Apartment in einer sehr guten Lage wo man alles gut fußläufig erreicht. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Küche voll ausgestattet. Kaffee war frei. Badezimmer sauber auch mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Selbst dss Gebäude selbst mag davor nicht hinwegtäuschen. Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl sehr zentral. Goran ist ehrlich bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestallten

整個公寓十分大，十分漂亮，施備齊全，舒適程度令到不想離開！最重點是屋主知道我們什麼時候到達，開車來巴士站迎接我們，十分感謝！

Meget hyggelige verter, kjempefin, stor, behagelig leilighet. Vi hadde alt vi trengte. Rolig sted, nærme byen, busstasjon, båtene som tar deg til naboøya.

Selve bygget/blokka var slitt og lite hyggelig, men leiligheten var topp
