This is an older facility, and I got what I paid for (and that’s ok). It’s not a Four Seasons. The staff was extremely kind.

"Customer situations do not matter only the book fee at Comfort Inn and Suites Warner Robins, GA near the Air Force Base"

My wife and I were unable to stay at Warner Robins Comfort Inn and Suites near the Air Force Base for an evangelism seminar. Due to a nerve block shot and chronic lower back pain I have due to a injury, I was unable to make the trip this weekend. I signed up for a non-cancelation booking and understand the potential for the loss of most or all of the booking fee. However, this was an unforseen situation and was told, when I called, there was nothing the property could do and the manager would be unavailable until next week. But, there is something I can do. I will never book a Comfort Inn and Suites if it the last hotel left in a town. If there was a zero rating for service, I would have given the property that score. Regretfully, Melton Sloan

"Deceptive on the outside"

The midnight staff was very nice and attentive, the breakfast was great, and the facility on the inside was great.

The outside misled me into thinking it was not as good as it was.
