Die Rezeptionistin hat behauptet, das Abendessen sei nicht inklusive. Laut meiner Booking.com-Reservierung habe ich jedoch ein All-Inclusive-Paket gebucht, in dem das Abendessen enthalten ist. Trotzdem wurde mir kein Armband ausgehändig

Freundliches Personal, Saubere Zimmer, Anlage, Buffet

All-Inclusive nur bis 21 Uhr (zumindest sollte Wasser angeboten werden), keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer (viel zu warm)

leider übertreiben es einige Gäste - all inclusive - Teller waren leider oft überfüllt und wurden nicht leergegessen - wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann.
