Hampton Inn Norcross

The location was very convenient since we’re like eating at the restaurant next-door.

The major complaint that I have was that the refrigerator in the room was not cooling, and the telephone was not working in the room. I call to report the refrigerator not working. I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. I told the staff what room I was in and that the refrigerator was not cooling. She told me that she would send someone up shortly that person never showed up. We kept our leftovers from the restaurant cool by placing it in a plastic bag with ice. Almost forgot the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working .Also, I’m still waiting on the $50 extra that was charged to my card.

1st room had a very musty smell and called down to front desk & they gladly changed our room which was much better!!

Front desk gave me the wrong room. And some one got in my room while lm about to sleep. I go talk to them, and that lady threatened to cancel my resevation even though they already charge my booking .

Came for my daughters birthday party and had a blast with game room pool beautiful rooms comfortable will be renting more rooms

The location; it was conveniently located to most if the things we wanted to do.

The back elavator made a “loud” noise and jolt when going up to the 3rd floor and a lesser noise and jolt on the 4th floor. It did not occur on yhe way down, but it seemed unsafe.

The staff at this hotel was particularly friendly, each person at the desk and in the food areas. Though the hotel was pretty full, there was very little excess noise.

A la hora del check in no tenían habitaciones limpias estábamos al rededor de 10 personas esperando que nos dieran habitaciones o alguna respuesta y el personal muy mal no nos resolvía nada ni nos pudieron dar una hora para asignarnos habitación estuvimos esperando más de una hora y al final decidimos irnos de ahí por que tampoco nos quisieron cancelar o devolvernos el dinero tuvimos que alquilar otro hotel de verdad que pésimo servicio tienen jamás volveré a reservar en ese lugar

The Staff were very helpful and pleasant!

The rooms had some mildew smells in the carpets. My daughter wanted to change rooms, but we toughed it out
