Was very clean most of the staff were friendly and helpful

Was told by the first desk clerk to sign up for rewards program and return to desk and they would get my points added to my account when I returned the clerk acted like he did and I was never awarded my points. I HATE F'N LIARS

Very happy with our stay. It was a stop over on our trip from Santa Fe to The Black Hills. Easy access to I25. Multiple dining options near by. Immaculately clean lobby and room. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

TVs in rooms are inoperable.

The front desk was so fun to be around. He/she was so funny, kind helpful and absolutely gorgeous. It made the experience so much easier for us to get in our rooms and was able to fix a mistake I had made while booking. Very accommodating. Don't let that person go. I don't remember his/ her name but absolutely made things great for us. Well done on your staff.

The tvs service was out, obviously your staff nor the hotel was to blame for this just an unfortunate set of outside events. I'm am not complaining. We really had a great experience.

Everything but the pool was great .! The pool had chances of dirt inside and was cloudy.

Cheyenne at the front desk who helped us get a safer chair.

That we had to clean the leftover food in the fridge so we put our food in it.
