The room was actually an excellent apartment near the hotel, large room, comfy bed, best price in town for the night, friendly and helpful staff, a few free snacks left for you.

Sofa could have been cleaned a tiny bit better, and shower has less hot water time than most showers (but still reasonable and fine).

Establecimiento antiguo lleno de parches. Falta de espacio. No repetiría.

Es mágico. Te sorprende desde el momento, que entras al parking. Tiene desde un pozo mágico de los deseos, hasta un sapo, para besar y encontrar a tu príncipe azul. La habitación no es grande, pero resulta adorable, cuenta con una pequeña terraza, que no da a ninguna parte, pero que resulta tremendamente acogedora . el personal encantador.

First of all, when we arrived, the receptionists were very polite and helpful. I was informed, that my order not includes breakfast, even I was so sure I ordered breakfast. So, very smoothly I managed to ordered it. The room was clean, bed was very comfort, sheets and in general room and bathroom were very clean. When the problem with breakfast occurred next day - there was no problem for stuff to cancel the breakfast for further days - everything was made easy and smooth. Also, there was well made pastries in the breakfast cafeteria. At first evening we found very nice place to play for kid and to eat good food near by. District is a bit quirky, but sweet.

During traveling most of the time I do notice the positive things, but this time I was so disappointed with a breakfast. First time in my life, breakfast was some kind of set of already picked products - you could do just some choices in it, so, when I asked boiled eggs as a choice, I was served with cut to half very cold boiled eggs from the fridge. Before ordering the breakfast I read the reviews in Booking.com and was impressed how people praise breakfast in this place. So, maybe it was just my bad luck. Also, I noticed, that some receptionists do not bother to say hello when you come back to hotel or come downstairs - like we are not guests. Such an attitude was a new experience for me. The last thing: I ordered the taxi at 6 a.m. to airport. At 5.50 I received call to my room informing, that taxi will not come to hotel, that I will need to walk to some other place for it, because of some police restrictions. When I came to receptionist - I several times had to explain, that I can not go at this time (it is dark, district is not so safe and I am with a little kid) by walk (15 minutes to walk it was shown in google maps to that place) somewhere for some taxi. The receptionist tried to call to the taxi office few times, but still it was not clear, what next. Luckily when we went off the hotel I noticed a taxi and there was that taxi we ordered, so it somehow managed to come to us.
