Personnel moyennement aimable. J'ai payé le petit déjeuner en supplément à mon arrivée. Le lendemain matin, lors du petit déjeuner, on vient m'apporter la note avec la machine pour payer. Je leur dit q ue j'ai déjà payé. Ils ne trouvent pas de trace de mon paiement. Je leur demande de voir avec l'accueil pour qu'ils éditent une copie de la facture. Personne n'est au courant. Il faut que je paie une deuxième fois. Je cherche une copie de la transaction bancaire et enfin ils retrouvent le premier paiement ! Vraiment pas correct. J'aurai aimé qu'ils fassent des recherches de leur côté avant de m'imposer de payer une deuxième fois. Petit déjeuner amer et gâché avec leur comportement hautain et méprisant, comme si j'étais une voleuse de petit dejeuner !
