"Disgusting Suite and they treat reservations not thru them as garbage"

Booked this property thru Priceline . 1 room 2 queen beds . When we checked in we where told we where upgraded to a suite king beds and pull out sofa . Traveling with adult daughter . This was no upgrade pull out was disgustingly with filthy mattress and pee stains . When we spoke to Steve at front desk he could not of been more rude . Since we booked third party and not they property nothing we could do . Was rude , disrespectful and said good luck dealing with Priceline . Disgusting room over all mold in shower and sink fixtures . Stay away especially if you have to deal with Steve who couldn’t care about your stay .
