Sleep Inn Missoula Southgate

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay here whenever I'm in Missoula.

The staff were all so pleasant. Our room was spotless. The towels and the bedding seemed new. Even the carpet was clean. The heated pool area and the towels there were also very clean. We stay here every time we travel to Missoula.

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were dry, pressed, thin little circles. No flavor at all. The sausage was very dry. Even the waffle mix wasn't good. This was very disappointing to us because we were there for several days and were not planning on the expense of breakfast out everyday, The other times we stayed there, the breakfast was really good. We ate it every morning. I think maybe because it was winter and the hotel wasn't full that they skimped on the quality of the breakfast,

The swimming pool was out of service. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower.. those were the major big problems.. I would like to see a partial refund because of these issues. Gary Cox Coxwell1@telus.net 1403880590

Lots of restaurant options close by, and the campus isn't too far from this hotel, if I intended to visit University of Montana. Clean rooms but a bit noisy. Also, light directly outside my room was on all night and super annoying and bright.

It was my fault, really, but this was farther from the interstate than I anticipated. Also, Google Maps took me into the heart of the college district and this was the last place I wanted to be, considering there was a game AND it took forever to get to the hotel from there.

I have stsayed here many times as I visit my daughter in Missoula. I appreciated the breakfast and the staff.

Our phone was unplugged and it was a struggle to get it plugged back in. We could not get the temperature comfortable. It was always too hot regardless of what we did with the register. The price has gone up too much. The room was never made up, although they stopped by with new towels. We were there for 4 nights and I made the beds every morning. Yay, vacation. I joined the Sleep Inn club but find it convenient to book through Booking.com. Recently learned that is why I have not gotten any points after multiple stays. Poo on that.
