L'accueil du personnel sympathique, l'équipe de ménage, et du buffet , tous aimables et agréable. L'emplacement.

Le petit déjeuner est varié, il y a du choix mais nous avons été déçus par la qualité. Il y a très peu d'espace pour circuler aux buffets. Nous avions demandé un petit dej sans gluten qu’il a fallu réclamer à nouveau, puis attendre longuement. La chambre a été réservée pour 3 mais le lit de notre fille n'était pas fait ni déplié à notre arrivée. Par contre cela a été rapidement réglé. La chambre était bruyante malgré le double vitrage. La salle de bains est vieillotte. Les espaces communs, bar, lobby, mériteraient un coup de neuf
