Hospitality Inn San Bernardino/ Redlands

It was ok

The staff were perfectly nice, but we were assigned to someone else’s room, so when I went in there were a bunch of men. They said that it had happened multiple times to them. All the drains are clogged, so the sinks and showers get filled with scum when you run the water

Great place!!!!

The room had a funny smell to it. It wasn’t in great condition. The one bad had a dip at the edge so I could only sleep on my one side. Just made for uncomfortable long nights.

Good stay. No complaints. The front lady was very very nice and helpful. You can hear the people next door though.

What I liked: very nice property/grounds; personable front desk person; convenient location; good price; clean . What I didn’t like: noisy people in adjoining room woke me up during the night & I couldn’t sleep after that; inconvenient parking; uncomfortable bed; few lights—room quite dark; only one very thin blanket—I had to use my jacket and my fleece blanket to stay warm.
