Hospitality Inn San Bernardino/ Redlands

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel the owner/front desk. Person was very rude. The hotel had questionable characters outside look like a lot of drug activity. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I got bit up by bed bugs

We stayed in this place 5 days, not one time did anyone come in to clean, provide clean towels, etc. The floor was so dirty that on our first day we were there, we walked around barefoot for an hour and our feet was black so we walked out with our shoes on the whole time. We tried tried canceling the rest of our stay and they refuse to give a refund. So we were stuck. Also we wanted to use the pool our first day because it was very hot and we were told it was closed for the day because the city had to come and inspect. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Loved it here. Room size are perfect stayed about two weeks!

I booked a king suit and was giving a double carpet that was dirty and stained smelt like animals had been in the room. I never stayed and would like to get a refund
