The AC didn't work for the first three days they didn't move us to a new room either the pool was cold indoors I ask for new towels they said do you have your old ones acting like I was gonna steal the other ones only house keeping one time out of 6 nights crazy Mgr was rude other ladies that worked we're not friendly either One gentleman was nice he was the only person friendly I stay at plenty of Comfort Inn Pittsburgh several times another one. In Pa this was crazy

The morning desk staff was nice and apologetic.

The check in process was very slow. Apparently the room assigned had been given to someone prior but they needs a ground floor room The room I was given was hot and the ac would not adjust to make it cooler. The toilet didn’t flush toilet paper and urine. The shower did not drain properly so was standing in water while showering. 1 towel 1 wash cloth. I got the feeling that the person that was assigned the room earlier realized the air didn’t work and ask to change
