L emplacement, la propreté et le calme.

Le petit déjeuner est convenable, rien à dire, mais trop cher. En comparaison à l Ibis qui se trouve à côté, petit déjeuner à l identique et beaucoup moins cher.

Cet hôtel est placé en plein centre de Vichy, tout en étant très calme. Il est refait à neuf, la literie est excellente. Nous avons apprécié la TV grand écran et le mini frigidaire. Nous décernons une note de 10/10 au personnel de l’accueil, ainsi qu’au directeur de l’établissement : ils m’ont remboursé une nuit ( que j’avais réservé ferme sans annulation possible) car j’ai dû rentrer un jour plus tôt à cause de gros problèmes de santé : très professionnel et humain
