"Un séjour catastrophique malgré la réactivité du personnel"

L'équipe de nuit est intervenue rapidement pour gérer l'altercation dans le couloir. De plus, un geste commercial de 15 % a été appliqué sur notre facture au moment du départ pour compenser le désagrément et le déménagement nocturne. Le restaurant très bon, la taille de la chambre. Le taille de la télé.

Une nuit catastrophique et un sentiment d'insécurité : Nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par deux femmes visiblement alcoolisées et/ou sous l'emprise de stupéfiants qui se disputer dans les couloirs. Lorsque je leur ai poliment demandé de baisser d'un ton, j'ai été accueilli par des menaces physiques ("je vais te casser la gueule"). Face à la situation, l'équipe de l'hôtel a dû nous déloger en catastrophe et nous changer de chambre au milieu de la nuit. Autant dire que le sommeil a été très court. ​Un service client à revoir à l'accueil : En arrivant, j'ai simplement posé la question de savoir si mon chien était admis au restaurant le soir. La seule et unique réponse du réceptionniste a été : "Ah, vous avez un chien, ce sera 10 € de supplément sur votre facture. Je le note tout de suite." Je n'ai finalement jamais eu la réponse à ma question de départ, le focus étant visiblement mis sur l'encaissement plutôt que sur le service. Du coup j'ai quand même emmené mon chien au restaurant puisque j'ai payé sa part ! La première chambre que nous avons eu avant d'être délogé n'était pas très propre la deuxième étant donné que c'était en pleine nuit je n'ai pas regardé. Pour la première chambre niveau vu c'était pas terrible. ​Bilan : Si nous saluons le professionnalisme de l'équipe face à l'incident de la nuit, l'expérience globale reste très mauvaise. Entre l'agression verbale et l'accueil purement mercantile pour notre animal, nous ne reviendrons pas.
