Clean, good breakfast, courteous staff, free parking, on the downside there isn't a bathtub, and the beds are small looks a little bigger than a twin size.

No Security A homeless guy walked in went upstairs Did not come to front desk he looked scary. I reported to front desk we both saw him come in front doors she didn't ask him anything.

No noise it's very clean I love the breakfast buffet If I visit New York again I will choose this hotel again I recommend it to a friend the employee very friendly it was comfortable staying

The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and in a great location, with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast the hotel provided was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. 😊

I don't like that I was given the last room and when I ask to change the room I was told the only other room available is a room with two beds and it will cost extra $50 .I said ok but when I went into the next room was one bed so y was I charged extra for something I didn't get .
