"Séjour décevant pas à la hauteur de nos attentes"

Le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute (d'ailleurs le seule point positif de notre séjour) La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport au centre-centre est également un point très positif (pas besoin de voiture)

Le parking "payant" très difficile d'accès et peut de places disponibles. Le hammam en panne et le sauna pas à température... Pour le repas du 31 au soir restaurant déjà plein à notre arrivée le 30, pas d'information préalable par rapport à ça...Nous nous sommes retrouvés à manger dans un fast food ce qui n'était vraiment pas prévu de base. L'isolation des fenêtres est catastrophique, très inconfortable pour le séjour.

Je n'avais pas de chauffage dans la chambre j'ai était voir une personne a l'accueil a 3:00 du matin on m'a laissé comme ça avec mon bébé , la fenêtre était cassé.... j'aurais aimé avoir un dédommagement mais RIEN ...
