Dem Personal und deren Service gebührt ein Sonderlob. Einem 9- Mannteam alles recht zu machen... Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze, was Motorradfahrer schätzen. Die Zimmer auf der zur Mosel gelegenen Seite sind sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine Sonnenterrasse mit Service und einen Wellnessbereich.

Betritt man das Hotel, so nimmt man zunächst einen intensiven Chlorgeruch war, der wohl über den Fahrstuhlschacht nach oben dringt. Der Wellnessbereich selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was primär die Duschen betrifft. Persönlich empfinde ich es als nicht vorteilhaft, benutzten Geschirr nach dem Gebrauch auf dem Boden im Flur abzustellen. Die Gänge sind Fluchtweg ...
