Americas Best Value Inn Dunnigan

This is a Value Motel, Very Affordable, Clean and basic. We did have a small refrigerator but NO microwave. I bring my own instant coffee and creamer so I do appreciate a microwave.

Clean and very spacious,

I had used "Bring Fido" to try to find a place to stop on a road trip from Los Angeles to Portland. We wanted someplace near Sacramento, as a halfway spot. We were moving, and had to bring our 80 lb. dog and cat with us. Several hotels claimed to be pet friendly, but either offered only a smoking room (WTF), or would not take the cat, or only took dogs that could essentially fit in your purse. The Super 8 took my big-ol-dog AND the cat for just $15/pet. I had joined the free Wyndham Rewards program before the trip and the fees were only $10/pet when we checked in. The motel is right on the 5, in a very quiet area. The rooms were basic, but clean, and a continental breakfast was included (Coffee, Tea, Nature Valley Granola Bars, Prepackaged Muffins, Cornflakes, Cheerios, Milk, and Juice). There's a Jack-In-The Box and gas station right next door. Perfect road-trip pit-stop.

Decent room, 2 beds, comfortable enough, 2 pillows per bed. Towels adequate for us. TV, yes. No refrigerator no microwave no coffee pot, but available in lobby for continental breakfast juice and muffin. Pool was lukewarm water. Spa was closed.
