I like that I had bottom floor. Room was big and roomy but I didn’t like that it was dirty and were flies & spiders

Ice machine broken Could not get ice. Missing front desk attendant. Could not check out on time nor was there a way to get a final receipt. Could not call due to phone problem.

When I arrived staff was super kind and morning staff was rude. The breakfast was stale and extremely limited options. Room wasn’t very clean, found trash on floor in room. Area around was dirty. Outside of room was dirty
