"Ok"

I recently stayed with my dogs in a pet friendly room. When I got to the room it was being held open with a hanger somehow attached to the closet. I thought that to be odd but didn't give it much thought. While laying in bed I could smell the smell of dog urine. Now I'm thinking the door was propped open to air it out. On the bed skirt looked like a dog had lifted his leg to pee. I would suggest removing the carpet & replacing it with a hard surface flooring that can be mopped & doesn't harbor unpleasant dog odors.

I have stayed at this Best Western Holiday several times now, and always appreciate the quiet and cleanliness of the room, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, and parking couldn't be easier. For people visiting family at Park Centre, it is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay!

Breakfast was ok. The ladies who set up breakfast are great! Wonderful coffee shop a couple of blocks away.

Coffee was terrible. Not many selections for healthy breakfast food. Beds were way too soft.

"Fantastic experience"

I was incredibly impressed with the staff from the booking to the stay, and the kindness and flexibilty they provided. The rooms were clean, my little dog Chewie was welcomed-the lobby was decorated for Halloween. Just an overall great experience, great area to walk my dog. The city is delightful.
