"Great hotel and excellent service "

Really nice 5* hotel! The view of Mount Meru from our room was great! Staff were super welcoming and friendly! There is an internal workshop/ gift shop in the grounds (Sanaa) which supports people with disabilites - we got some great hand made souvenirs from here!

"There’s no other option in the area so they do all kind of random stuff and get away with it."

The place is the best. But mostly because there’s no alternative they do whatever.

Reception stuff in the worst: both ignorant, slow not too smart not to say deliberately stupid. On top of this: we had an early checkout and asked for takeaway breakfast. With all amazing diversity there is in the hotel we got the worst food we had ever in Tanzania including 7 day Kili climb which was almost Michelin level comparatively. 6 cold disgusting sausages. An egg rolling around the box. Cheap Cookies. A pie of bread. Really? This is 5*?
