The reserve is wonderful as were our driver/trackers. the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. our lodge was very clean and comfortable - I particularly liked the outdoor shower!

we had a few service issues that I reported to the operations manager. Shaun responded immediately with a very generous offer to compensate us which was much appreciated .

Superb service from a great small team. Welgevonden is the most beautiful reserve I've ever seen and the sightings are spectacular, mostly due to Patrick's deep knowledge of the bush and the animals in it.
