I had an excellent experience at the front desk thanks to Ayesha. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She handled the check-in process smoothly and made sure every detail was taken care of without delay. What stood out most was her attitude—friendly, calm, and always willing to help. She went above and beyond to answer questions, provide helpful information about the area, and ensure that my stay started off on the right foot. I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 years and the service is hands down the best in Long Island. Jairo Medina and Adriana are two of the best!

Great hotel,,pool and gym are awesome!!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights this week before heading into Manhattan for the following three nights. We generally stay here when visiting Long Island as it’s close to friend and family. This was another family visit and, as always, the hotel was clean, friendly and reasonably priced. We’ll be back.

The location was convenient to an event we were attending, and the property was well maintained and a pretty location.

I like access to a bath tub, and we did not have a tub in our room. I also appreciate a make-up mirror.
