Booking the hotel but booking dot com or hotel did not accommodate.no reason given . cancel the booking on by hotel or booking.com , inform on the 15 th jan morning it is cancelled.

Cancellation was informed to the customer on the day of the booking. Booking this hotel in future will not do .

There were no facilities at all.No hot water, no wifi, no t.v, not even basic toilet paper.Kandy is usually a cold area, but the bedsheet provided was as small as a towel. If I had to give a rating out of 10, it would be 1/10.The room was very dirty and completely disappointing.
