There's nothing they can do better than this in such a beautiful place with such a beautiful location for the price they pay.

They gave me a different room than the one I requested and asked for an additional payment for it. However, they don't have any cleaning services, so we gave them all the used ones to use. They don't have the facilities they advertise inside. The TV doesn't work. But we had to wait until someone cleaned and gave us blankets.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite calling twice to confirm my booking, the hotel had already sold my room by the time I arrived. No rooms were left, leaving me stranded. Highly unprofessional and unreliable—would not recommend!

Great view of Kandy from the reception area.

The room was not clean - the walls were covered on mould, and the aircon dripping onto the floor. The bed sheets were also stained etc.
