everything about this hotel is a 10/10! From the hotel itself, the staff and the room was nice and friendly and quiet and just overall amazing. they offer fresh baked cookies and waters. if you need a nice getaway this is it right here.

"I do not recommend staying in the Augusta Double Tree Inn."

We reserved a King bed with Handicap with Handicap Accessible, but got a double bed and a room without a handicap accessible bathtub, not a wheelchair shower. No refrigerator and my wife has medicine that requires refrigeration. The Ice Machine on our floor did not work, so even using our travel cooler, we could not replenish the cooler with ice, unless we went to the first floor for ice. The room did not come with breakfast. The parking for handicap was never available. I will never stay in a Double Tree Hotel again.

Staff did seem accommodating, but not to the point of actually helping to resolve any issue. They seemed limited by management from taking any actions.

Handicap accessible was not handicap accessible. Reserved a King bed but got a regular double bed. No refrigerator in room and my wife had medicine that required refrigeration. Handicap parking was never available.

Went on business

The computer system continued to go down, we had to get key card reset all day Very unprofessional. The pillows were to soft, the toilet kept running, the tube repair could have been better. The chair was ripped
