I was under NO illusion that this was going to be an upscale property. It is an older facility and shows signs of age. But I will say that it was quiet, the TV worked, and the bed was comfortable. In particular, though, I would like to commend the young man who answered my phone call from a Dollar Tree parking lot. I was somewhat lost, and not tech savvy enough to be directed by SIRI to the motel. He calmly gave me the exact directions to the Travel Lodge. We were most impressed with that!

When I went to check in the owner yelled at me for having a service dog and tried to force me to show “paperwork”. She yelled that she won’t give my money back or cancel the room. This was the worst experience yet. Not to mention she wasn’t there when I checked in. I had to wait over 30 minutes for her to show up.
The hotel was so dirty we couldn't stay. all the furniture was dirty, floor was dirty, the room smelled. we told the manager we wanted to cancel they said okay, but you have to get your refund from Expedia. We tried contacting expedia and all we got was "sorry i can't help your" or when on the website chat i was disabled. I did not get any help finding another hotel from Expedia. We had to look for ourselves. To date we have not been able to speak to anyone at Expedia. The hotel was so bad that Wyndham and Expedia should be ashamed to recommend this hotel to any of its clients.
The front door of my room was a regular exterior door with one door knob to lock. Wasn’t a keycard type door nor did it have a dead bolt lock or security door chain for extra security protection. My room didn’t have a restroom door, pillows for room were completely flat, A/C was a old room temp control so my room wasn’t cool enough & the Wi-Fi service for room was weak & unusable.
The price was ok.

Had to buy my own toilet paper. Housekeeping took all my towels the first day and never replaced. Bed linen was dirty. Did have a nice TV to go with the 70s refrigerator and microwave. Would not have stayed here but there was nothing else in town for the week.
Run down , “ non smoking “ room smelt like stale smoke so bad it makes you sick . Dirty , holes in the furniture . Tears in blanket fixed with duct tape . Time falling off in bathroom . Home in front door had towel stuffed in it to cover . Electrical outlets dint have covers . Just dirty and nasty . Tried to talk to office they didn’t answer phone . Office locked up so we couldn’t go in . Did not stay and they refused to refund our money when Expedia reached out for us .
