overall dirty everywhere，corridor capret was the worst，broken cabinet door. Though I told front desk to refill shampoo, nobody did it. The afternoon shif manager told me it is locked by laundry staff, blah blah. Worst experience.

Dirty room unknown substance all over floor in globs. Food laying around in first room (multiple rooms shown after the first one) ac never got cold filled with ashes from smoking. Dirty used towels left in the bathroom no toilet paper toilet constantly running didn’t smell the best. Staff was the best part super helpful and friendly
