Shilo Inn Hotel & Suites - Yuma

Our room only had a single towel when we arrived. On our way out to supper world the desk clerk that we needed towels, wash towels and face towels. Came back and found they delivered 1 more towel and only 1 hand and face towel. Very ragged. Air conditioner was very noisy. No hairdryer Room was falling apart.

Carpet dirty in and out of room. Room was a run down. Bed accent sheet stained. Good location, safe free parking, great facility layout. Just needs an upgrade.

We stay several times yearly and seem to be put in older rooms. On 3/4, we were given a room with no clean sheets on the bed. They gave us another room, in which the toilet overflowed. The third room had wallpaper rolling off the walls.

My it was dirty

Hotel is falling apart in several places; stinks, pools were dirty, not enough towels, air conditioner and bathroom fan were extremely noising and could not be used. List could go on, would not ever stay here again or recommend

Always perfext

The hotel did not have soap in the room--the reality of the situation is that corporate did not ship them and when I attempted to call the front desk--the phone was DEAD. I went to the front desk an found out that the hotel emailed the home office and they ignored the request for soap! The ice machine was out or order and fournd out later that the machine had been not working for months. I asked the front desk to have the owner call me and never got from management. Too bad---Shilo inns used to be a good place to stay. If you google Shilo inns you will find out that the State of Washington is taking legal action for non payment of back taxes. The front desk confirmed that the company is going broke. They are off my list of places to stay.

Liked the property for walking my dog

Nice location, secluded yet across the street from restaurants and shopping. Its an old building, but kept up real nice. And there was an old school clothes line in the bathtub. Supes cute.

We've stayed here 4 times and this will probably be the last. The place has really gone downhill. Looks like it has been neglected for years and needs a huge re-do.
