"Good Hotel with great customer service"

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a volleyball tournament that my daughter was participating in at Spooky Nook. The location was great as it was less than 5 miles away from Spooky Nook. The front desk and everyone at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager was exceptionally great. She accepted to open the restaurant early on Saturday at 6am instead of 7am because our first game that day was at 7:30am. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Though the bathroom is small, it came with all the necessary items and was also clean. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant staff was unfriendly and not equally accommodating to all members in my group. The bathroom is so small that the door almost hits the toilet seat and tub when opening the door.
