Location was very good. Little interaction with staff... one person was sitting outside allot and knew we were guest there, not once did he acknowledge me as I went by - a simple hello would have gone a long way.

The stairs - good grief - ones from pool were scary - had to take different route for enclosed stairs. We had dog with us and she is old and so am I... so the stairs were a problem for both of us. Maybe if have a dog, ask if customer wants 1st floor if have a dog with them.
