Quality Inn near Mountain Creek

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The vending machine was down and the fitness room was a wasted space. When we checked in the receptionist at the front desk was very rude and spoke to us like we were children and she was training someone which made it even worse. Is this really how you treat people and you're teaching others to be this way too. If we hadn't already paid we would have definitely cancelled our reservation and took our business elsewhere. In addition, once we came back to the hotel there was no one was ever at the front desk; other guests were even looking for someone as well; were all just looking at each other. The breakfast was eh, felt they could add eggs and bacon or sausage but that was minor compared to the other things mentioned. They could use more outlets too.

Clean, love the floors (instead of carpet), breakfast should include peanut butter - but good! Bed was comfy too.

Replace the pillows with regular king size pillows would make a HUGE difference! A small upgrade is needed. Add peanut butter as an option for breakfast.
