"I will say that when I come to Jackson again, this is where I will be staying 100%!!"

From walk in all the way to my room was very clean and elegant. The Breakfast was eggcelent! Everything was hot and fresh. The staff ensured I had everything I needed! The beds were super comfy! The room was very clean!

There was no remote for my TV in my room. The Staff was very quick to remedy the situation. So while it was something I didnt like, I view it as a postive because the staff was given an opportunity to shine.

Conveniently located near the coliseum

The room non smoking room smelled like old cigarettes and granny perfume. The air conditioner made a horrendous noise like a helicopter landing.

"Excellent value, excellent staff"

The best part was the front desk attendant. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Offered great advice about the area and genuinely seemed happy to help.

The only complain I have is the room had a bit of a mildew smell but everything was clean and comfortable
