Bed needs a mattress topper or a new thick, soft mattress.

The staff ONLY!!!

We arrived at 3:45 and had to wait until after 5 for a room. We booked a king room and received a double bed because our room wasn’t ready and we had to be somewhere for 6. The toilet was leaking and the air conditioner made noise ALL NIGHT LONG!!!

The young lady (Kristy or Krisy) that checked us in was outstanding. She was friendly, had a bubbly outgoing personality. She went above and beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable. She even made recommendations for a place for us to have dinner. She deserves 5 stars and a raise!

The property seems a bit old and dated. It could use use upgrades and deep cleaning. But over all it was a nice place to spend the night.

The whole place was just rundown. The breakfast was not up to par in the swimming pool was horribly dirty, and we found a dead bird in it.

I liked everything except the fact that there was no microwave and the air did not really get the room cold

Put a microwave in the room and check the air conditioner

Staff was friendly and the hotel is pretty nice. Rooms were clean.

Jackson is, sadly, very poorly managed. The roads are horrible. Sad to see the capital of our state looks like junk.

We checked into our room and it was disgusting. We went to the front desk to show the photos of the room they placed us in, and was offered to move rooms. So we did, but once we got to the new room, there was mold all over the mattress. Oh, and good luck getting a refund even from Hilton corporate, we did not stay even 30 minutes because it was not SAFE to do so, but they refuse to refund our booking.
