The staff was amazing. Theyre all super helpful and kind! Loved waking up to the smell of yummy breakfast food. Loved the freshly baked cookies! I wasnt a fan of the smoke smell in the building.

My first interaction with staff was not a positive one. My room wasn't clean there was nasty stuff in the bath tub and my sheets weren't clean. Someone pounded on our door and ran at 1am. The sound of the cars racing down the road was awful loud and that doesn't even top the people screaming in the ally way oh and I got to hear a hooker being picked up in the ally... Will not be staying here again.

I didn't like how I was treated, the lack of cleanliness of the room or the lack of room inculation.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. If needed, we would stay again. There is one downside of this location which is not the fault of the facility. It is loud outside . This does die down and earplugs were helpful.

"Clean, convenient, affordable downtown stay"

breakfast was great and lots of options. coffee was very good! Staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms were very clean.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste. The only real complaint was the AC seemed to be on motion sensor and we got hot several times overnight. One of us got up and then it got colder until it got hot again. I will say that I did NOT call down to the front desk to ask if anything could be done and I should have at least done that to see if it could be remedied.

The cherry tree blossoms on the grounds, at the enterance, were stunning. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offered adequate choices of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly. Some traffic noise was heard but not bad. Very convenient to the theater where we were attending a musical.
