Best Western Plus City Center

This is a nice motor inn in Spokane, nothing fancy but great

It was good. Man taking care of food was very upbeat and professional.

Ran out of hair conditioner for my wife.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good also.

Clean room, amazing tub, comfy bed, great breakfast and friendly staff, quiet.

The TV was a little wonky. Music channels kept stopping. We got charged for an early check-in fee even though we couldn't check in til 2pm we are going to call and hopefully get it fixed.

In town for a conference? This place is literally across the street. Clean, super-friendly, and everything in the room functioned like it's supposed to. Breakfast was a legit breakfast (I mean, for a hotel), with someone actually attending the food. Bonus--if you get sick of the food at the conference, there is a small co-op grocery store next door to the hotel.

We had to switch last minute and your staff made it SO WONDERFUL!! Honestly, it made out weekend!!

The breakfast was adequate other than the watery scrambled eggs. I would like more variety of fruit.

The super loud bathroom fan. The garage entrance was so small I had to put the side view mirrors in. The perfume smell in the lobby and hall was overwhelming.

First of all, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was delicious & served with a very friendly staff person. All seemed fine, until I TRIED TO SLEEP! The 1st night, I kept hearing the VERY LOUD traffic. Even on the top (4th) floor, it was INTOLERABLY loud! You can clearly hear all the traffic, especially those cars that are souped up to sound like race cars. I made sure the windows were shut & locked, which they were. I eventually fell asleep, but not for as long as I would have preferred. If I could have flown home before going back to the hotel for a 2nd night, I would have. I did NOT look forward to staying again! The 2nd night was WORSE! I barely dozed! I had the bathroom fan going & the air conditioner blasting, to hopefully drown out the noise, but it was AWFUL! I even put kleenex in my ears (I probably could've asked the hotel for ear plugs, but I probably would have had to go down in the middle of the night to get them. I didn't want to get dressed or go in pajamas, so I tried kleenex. I looked at the clock & saw the time EVERY HOUR all night, so I didn't hardly sleep at all! I talked with folks staying across the hall, & they had noise from a bar down by their side of the hotel!! Unless they replace their windows with ULTRA THICK WINDOWS, or you don't care if you can SLEEP or not, don't bother making a reservation here!!!
