Facilidad para dejar el equipaje en el check in y check out. Máquina de café gratuito, nevera en la habitación.

Las ventanas aislaban muy poco el ruido y había mucho ajetreo en la calle por lo que nos costó mucho dormir, y también se escuchaba mucho la cisterna/ducha de la habitación de al lado

La atencion, siempre nos gusta llegar y además de estar cerca del centro poder dejar las maletas y tomar agua o cafe para reponer energía. Esta vez el cuarto era pequeño y muy ruidoso por la noche, tanto en los pasillos del hotel como en el barrio. No pude descansar bien en ninguna noche.

No había aire acondicionado en la habitación. Pedimos una solución y nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación (a la última planta) donde se suponía que si funcionaba. Tampoco.
