Le petit déjeuner, varié et généreux. Le personnel poli et dévoué avec une mention particulière à la réception sans oublier Andreis qui est adorable et multi-talentuel : un vrai concierge.!!

Rien de négatif sauf l’appréhension quand on apprend que le parking est en dehors de l’hôtel. Mais ça se transforme en avantage car on s’occupe de tout pour vous

"Wonderful stay in Grand Hotel Zaragoza"

First, The Hotel location is excellent, the rooms are big and clean. The most important an excellent is the people, They bring to us the wonderful attention as is possible, Front desk, the boys who open the door and take care our car, the people in rooms, the manager I believe name is Julia. All of them was the best, take care us and our pets, help to resolve our problems special whit the language. We, 4 people from USA, in many years no receive this kind of treatment, we feel like Royals. Is not work in this hotel, they really love to help people. Thanks thanks, we plan to back to Zaragoza and back to the same hotel. Recommend to our friends and hope some who read this little note follow us and come to visit the beautiful city of Zaragoza and stay in this wonderful hotel.
