Quality Inn Brandon - Sioux Falls

Good value for the area.

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

There was a varied selection of fresh, hot breakfast items.

This Quality Inn is tired. There was a sign taped to the entrance door indicating the phone service was not working. Guests were advised in an emergency, to come to the front desk or call 911, presumably from their mobile phones The sign was not new indicating to me that this was an ongoing issue and not likely to be fixed quickly. The motel is very easy to find off Interstate 90. The room smelled stale. There were several unpainted holes which had been spackled but not painted. I'm guessing these were from prior artwork. You wouldn't want to spend much time here. Breakfast was fine, with both hot and cold items. Ample free parking. Next door to Tailgator's Sports Bar, for a quick supper. There is an indoor pool which we didn't try. The bathroom had toilet and tub in one small room with door. The sink area is in an area open to the rest of the room. Both areas need improvement.
