Good location

Cleanliness off the rooms, we were provided with a really dirty room stains on bed sheets stains on walls? Air con leaking all over the floor which they clearly knew about as there was a towel laid on the floor beneath when we first got the room keys

Good for groups. Close to centre of San An.

Room are noting special

-Breakfast was great, plentiful, tasty -AC was fully functional and responsive -Was able to check in early -Very helpful/friendly staff

-Toilet tank cover didn't fit so the flush button was unresponsive, had to remove the lid every time I wanted to flush -Didn't have cold water the morning I left, had to exit the shower before I was finished because the water was scalding hot at every temperature setting -Was provided sheets but no blanket or comforter -Bathroom floor was wet/not entirely clean the first time I entered the room -Marks all over the mirror first time I entered the room -Generally not up to my cleanliness standards upon first entry

Extremely dirty room! Luckily the bed was clean but everything else horrible. Hairs everywhere. So expensive for a kind of hostel room and hotel.

The two different pools are nice, one is a chilled vibe and the other a party vibe. There is a Lidl on the doorstep and it’s a very good location in San Antonio

The level of cleanliness was not great. Even on the first day we arrived, the floors had not been cleaned properly. We did ask for housekeeping and they came straight away. Had a cockroach in our room. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. It sounded like someone was in our bathroom when next door was taking a shower.
