Beautiful place

I was blown away by how nice the lobby was when we walked in. The person at the front desk was friendly and let us know we’d been upgraded to an ocean view! The room was simple but nice and clean, and the view was indeed lovely. The light in our bathroom was flickering, but we were just in for a quick overnight trip so it wasn’t problematic, and the front desk said they’d send someone after we let them know at checkout. We were a little sad that the lovely bar in the lobby was closed when we returned from a concert, but maybe it’s open later when not in the off-season. Overall, I would love to return and take advantage of more of the amenities!

Pool was very dirty. Dead bugs on the corners of the pool and pool had bunch of sand at the bottom.

I paid $573 for the room and was not able to grab a pool band for my sister without her being present. While sitting at the pool, I observed security staff bring family members into the pool. I observed them entering from the beach side. Security staff already had pool bands in their hands and they were put on by the security staff. 3 adults and 3 kids. It makes me frustrated that I paid money and needed my sister present for her to get the band at the front desk, meanwhile outside people that didn't pay were allowed in without a problem. This is so unfair; I would never stay here again!
