The location.

We were charged for breakfast for some of our guests even though the breakfast was included! The staff didn’t want to listen and made a big deal out of it. Very rude! Very not giving a f attitude! Will we get the extra costs refunded?

It's a good location. It's conveniently close to the airport. The room had a very comfy bed.

At first we were a bit confused when we arrived for our check-in. But, we sorted out pretty easily :)
