Das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend- Joghurt und Milch nur im Tetrapack, teilweise unaufgeräumt und Kaffeesiswahl kaum vorhanden!

Es sollte bekannt gegeben werden, dass das Hotel renoviert wird und trotzdem Zimmer vermietet werden - Baulärm, fehlende Sauberkeit!!!

God beliggenhet og hyggelig personale. God frokost.

Burde vært gardiner som dekket både topp og bunn mot solnedgang og det ble litt for varmt på rommet. Vasken på badet var tett. Siden pris på hoteller i Tromsø generelt er dyrt så burde dette vært løst.

Good location in the city. The room was basic but the blackout curtains were effective and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Much more extensive than we had expected.

The hotel was being renovated and had been having issues with noise and water supplies. However, this seemed to have been resolved for our room at least. This is a busy hotel, popular with tourists groups and thus there is a lot of wear and tear.

Ikke rent på rommet, q-tips fra tidligere gjest i søppelbøtten på badet og flekker på gulvet som hadde forsvunnet ved vask. Gleder meg til å ta med ungene å spille shuffleboard, men etasjen dette var i var stengt pga oppussing. Ingen informasjon om dette, og står på nettsiden at de har tilbudet. På frokosten oppdaget jeg kanelboller med noe som så ut som nøtter på, dette er farlig for et av mine barn, leste på ingrediensene på skiltet og det skulle ikke være nøtter. Kontaktet personalet og de var enig at det måtte være nøtter, sa de hadde fått en annen type kanelboller. Neste dag, samme kanelboller med nøtter og ikke nytt skilt på ingrediensene. Annen kake manglet også merking. Livsfarlig for mitt barn.
