Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

Great hotel right on the beach. Great waterview from the room. Great water view from the cafe.

Very clean the staff would always greet me no matter who they were. I had three issues. I ordered room service everyday, the last day before I left they never showed up. Poor internet service, both Guest and private, would not work well. I always take my own luggage to my room, the bellhop refused to give me a cart. I used a portable wagon I brought with me. I should rate lower than a four because of this but I want to be fair understanding this is a person, but keep in mind people always represent the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Service was top notch from sraff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We will definately come back.

Beach view

This was my family's first time staying with Princess Royale and it was pretty wonderful witha couple little issues. The staff was awesome in every way, room was clean, decorated nicely. The only thing that I wasn't 100% happy about was our "side ocean view" was more like a partial view. I didn't know there was a big building in front of us blocking most of the beach and Ocean. Really should've been advertised as partial. Also our room was supposed to have an oven along with the other kitchen amenities but it didn't, not even a toaster or air fryer. I have screenshots where it says it's included. I even asked about it at check in and wasn't told different. I was going to talk to management and ask for a room switch matching what I rented but it looked like the place was completely booked so just let it go. I now know for next time, I guess. Other than that the place and people were great!
