Good breakfast, friendly staff

Need elevator, but early morning staff helped us older folks with our luggage.

Clean, rooms were large enough to not have to side step around the beds. Apparent that new ownership was investing in the property. Some 1st floor rooms had private entrances which was nice. Checkout was noon, which is an hour later than typical.

Parking for campers or other large vehicles could be a challenge if they are busy.

Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Friendly, professional staff.. Continental breakfast, with a delicious, large variety of food. Close to many stea attractions and stores.

Breakfast area was small and crowded.

Nice that the room had both inside and outside doors (especially in winter), and very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. There was a grocery store nearby, restaurants, laundromat and a gas station next door. Good location close to Mount Rushmore, which was our goal. Affordable for the area. Glad the vanity/sink light didn't shine directly in the faces of the people still sleeping when turned on. Glad they have pet friendly rooms.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was in a beautiful town, the rooms were quie, clean, and comfortable, the pool was warm and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and had so many options.

Only the lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter.
