Staff and breakfast were both very good. Lifts were quick and easily accessed. Bar staff extremely attentive. Parking availability a must for me.

Shower and safe both failed and repaired quickly but failed again just as quick.

A great location on the banks of the river for exploring Bilbao Within a few minutes walk of the Guggenheim, the old town, metro, tourist office and the bus drop off point from the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Modern clean & comfortable room. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended.
