"We hebben genoten van Madrid en zeker ook van het hotel."

De locatie is perfect, in het hart van Madrid op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamers en ook de badkamer zijn heel ruim en schoon.

Ontbijt is goed, maar nog wel heel traditioneel. De bediening is formeel en wat stijfjes. Hoort misschien ook in een koninklijke stad. Er zullen zeker mensen zijn die dat heel erg op prijs stellen, maar misschien niet helemaal meer van deze tijd. Prijs voor het ontbijt is best fors voor wat je krijgt, maar zal ook met de locatie te maken hebben.

Em serviço de reforma ! Barulho de pedreiros pela manhã e à tarde. Falta de respeito não avisar antes. Não é a primeira vez. Terrível a zoada . Nem pode dormir até mais tarde e nem depois do almoço!

Rico desayuno y solo una situación incómoda con la salida de agua por el piso después de desalojar el agua de la tina de baño , pero el personal se portó fantástico y nos cedió una habitación contigua para ducharse y descansar. Muchas gracias atte FRA

Fue maravilloso

Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que la habitación estaba junto al cuarto de servicio. Pero en recepción oyeron nuestra súplica de silencio porque íbamos a descansar y fue maravilloso
