El personal fue muy amable. Luis, chico de recepción y la directora del hotel, estuvieron muy atentos y fueron muy simpáticos. Elegí ese hotel por la ubicación, ahora lo elegiré por el servicio. :)

"Great Madrid choice -- With one downside"

Great location: An easy walk from the main train station & convenient (20-min walk) to most of the tourist attractions (churches, Prado, park, shopping). Great breakfast (an NH trademark) & our room on the top floor was clean, with a good bathroom & quiet day & night. Only complaint: We expected NH would apply our Discovery $ to our bill when we checked out, but they didn't -- and didn't even ask. Why does NH offer these incentives if guests aren't encouraged to use them?
